This position offers a base pay range of CHF70,000 to CHF85,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Your actual salary will be discussed with your recruiter.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming ICT requests
* Categorize, prioritize, and resolve issues and disturbances
* Take responsibility in the Service Desk area
* Support users on-site in the frontend area
* Assist in Client Engineering and Second-Level Support
* Participate in IT projects and quality management
* Manage software packages (MDM, etc.) and install/configure new hardware
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent
* Experience in Service Desk and related tools (optional)
* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, Office 365/M365)
* First- & Second-Level Support experience
* Administer VDI desktop infrastructure (VMware Horizon View, VMware Workspace, etc.)
* Client administration skills (staging, OS installation, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
* Strong team orientation and social skills
* Solution-oriented communication and customer friendliness
* Open-mindedness and willingness to learn
* Enjoy helping and communicating with customers
* Transparent, proactive, and improvement-driven attitude
