INNOMEDICA IS A YOUNG NANOTECH COMPANY with around 40 employees, several promising drugs in preclinical and clinical development and its own clean room production. The pipeline is based on a liposomal delivery system and includes, in particular, parenteral drug candidates applied in neurology (a new approach to treat Parkinson's disease) and oncology (chemotherapy).
For the research and production site in Marly near Fribourg, we are looking for a
Scientist Quality Assurance (100%)
As part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the pharmaceutical quality system, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines to guarantee product quality.
Your responsibilities include:
Management of deviations, change requests as well as corrective actions and preventive actions
Review of equipment qualifications, batch documentations, and product release preparations for clinical studies
Project planning and coordination and active participation in interdisciplinary project teams
As prerequisites for this exciting job, we expect a university degree in (bio-)chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field. You have basic knowledge of GMP, ideally with initial experience in a GMP-regulated environment. You are an analytical thinker who stays organized under pressure, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic start-up setting. You are fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Even though existing work experience in QA and/or in a GMP environment is preferred, this is an ideal entry position for ambitious university graduates.
