Bitcoin Treasuries.net is the leading source for institutional Bitcoin data, news, and analysis, helping finance and business leaders and the wider public understand how companies hold and use Bitcoin on their balance sheets. We are hiring a Video Producer to run the day‑to‑day production of our all‑day Bitcoin news program on You Tube and social.
Role overview
The Video Producer will own the full content pipeline for our live and pre‑recorded news coverage: booking guests, shaping editorial angles, writing scripts, producing and editing video, and packaging clips for distribution. You’ll work closely with the host and editorial team to turn the Bitcoin news cycle into fast, high‑signal video that performs on You Tube first and then across other platforms.
Responsibilities Research, identify, and schedule high‑impact guests (founders, executives, analysts, policymakers) and manage all communication, prep, and confirmations.
Pitch and prioritize daily and weekly show topics based on Bitcoin markets, macro, and institutional news, with a focus on what will perform on You Tube.
Draft show rundowns and scripts, including intros, questions, transitions, and CTAs tailored to our audience and channel voice.
Produce and edit full‑length news segments and interviews, including basic graphics, lower thirds, and B‑roll, to deliver polished, on‑brand videos.
Create short clips and highlights from longer shows for You Tube, X, and other social channels, optimized for retention and shareability.
Coordinate recording schedules, assets, and workflows with hosts, editors, and designers to keep a consistent daily publishing cadence.
Review performance data (CTR, retention, watch time, click‑through on clips) and use it to refine topics, formats, and packaging.
Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and archives for fast turnaround on recurring segments and evergreen content. Requirements 2+ years experience in video production for You Tube, news, podcasts, or similar digital media.
Strong editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Da Vinci Resolve.
Demonstrated ability to write tight scripts and smart questions for interviews and news segments.
Comfortable booking and managing guests, often on short timelines.
Deep interest in Bitcoin, macro, and markets; you follow the space closely and can recognize newsworthy stories and guests.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple episodes, clips, and deadlines in a fast‑moving news environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
