What you’ll accomplish
* Identify and work on strategic deals with large FinTechs, Crypto Exchanges, successful Web3 applications and Wallets
* Work together with the BD and marketing team to grow your own account pipeline
* Own the entire process, from lead generation to the close
* Manage your growing network of accounts, identify upselling opportunities and help your customers grow their business
* Work on RFPs, identify key challenges our potential customers might have a tailor your pitch to their needs.
* Create partnerships with other top crypto companies to work jointly on larger deals
* Travel to exciting locations, participate in crypto conferences (ETHcc, Devcon, Token 2049) and represent Gelato
Requirements
* At least 5-6 years experience in Consulting or BD
* Bachelor or Master Degree in BA, CS or equivalent fields.
* At least two years of experience in web3 (or extremely passioned)
* Technical selling experience, preferably web3 infrastructure solutions
* Understanding the current L1/L2/L3 ecosystem and Walelt landscape in-depth
* Experience using CRMs
* Track record of managing partners, closing deals, and overachieving your revenue goals
* Comfortable in fast-paced environments and having ambitious targets
* Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality
