Responsibilities
* You have full responsibility for managing complex customer projects in the area of railway automation (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems).
* You ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract.
* You are responsible for customer management and communication with partners, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders.
* You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all departments along the value chain.
* You represent the customer project internally through management reviews and motivate the project team sustainably.
* You develop innovative solutions with the team to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements.

How You Will Contribute
* Passion for realizing innovative railway automation projects.
* Higher technical education (University, FH, or HF), preferably with additional training in business administration.
* Several years of experience managing customer projects, ideally in signaling technologies or relevant railway industry experience.
* Knowledge of current developments in railway automation technology.
* Proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
* Willingness to travel (<10%).
