Local IT Support role at Datwyler Group
Datwyler IT Services is the IT wing of the Datwyler Group. We work alongside the Datwyler group companies and Business units to ensure Datwyler has an IT strategy that allows us to transform our Information infrastructure to keep abreast with the digital needs of our group companies. With about 150 specialists at 11 locations, we are dedicated to Datwyler’s success in its digitalisation roadmap. With an aim to get top‑notch in our delivery, we believe in continuous improvement and becoming a trusted partner to our group companies. Our Team
Our IT Team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of digital infrastructure within the DIT organization. Acting as the first line of technical assistance, they provide hands‑on support to staff, maintain system reliability, and enable efficient use of technology across departments.
You Responsibilities
Perform as first support to executive team
Optimize and maintain organization and partners operational uptime
Actively support Datwyler HOLDING AG technical risk assessments and mitigation measures
Monitor, maintain and react to execute all technology requirement
Manage Datwyler HOLDING AG IT business continuity with wider DIT teams
Incorporate new product/functionality into the office workspace
Develop, evaluate and execute any new IT Tooling/functionality for Datwyler HOLDING AG
Develop and execute Datwyler HOLDING AG end user asset inventory control methods and reports
Perform administrative tasks and reporting
Perform any required troubleshooting analysis
Ensure conformity with all ISO 27001 certification requirements
Contribute and active involvement within the continuous improvement of the planning of IT processes
Support with business applications
Our Requirements
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and technology
Experience in IT risk assessment, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning
Familiarity with ISO 27001 certification requirements
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers
Proactive involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
