Senior HR Operations Coordinator 80%-100% (H/F)
On behalf of a well renowned international company based near Lausanne, we are searching for a senior HR Operations Coordinator.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
* You manage the whole HR employe lifecycle (contracts, work certificates, mutations)
* You coordinate and handle all HR administration matters (social insurances, time & absence management)
* You act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative related queries, providing guidance and assisting with problem resolution
* You guarantee the quality of HR data and develop HR dashboards
* You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions in the HR field
* You identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and systems for efficient and digitalized customer oriented HR administration
* You manage an HR Operations Assistant
PROFIL ATTENDU
* Professional experience in complex environments and proven experience in HR administration with driving experience
* A keen interest in figures and experience in data processing
* A global and structured vision with ability to take actions and make decisions
* Very good knowledge of swiss labor laws (regulations, data protection)
* Very good command of English and French
* Very good knowledge of Excel
