Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative excellence?


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on-site administrative operations for our Swiss entity, serving as an integral part of our global admin team.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks in Switzerland, ensuring compliance and coordinating with external stakeholders such as banks, legal advisors, and service providers.

You will also support employees across the organization and assist the President with Swiss-specific administrative needs.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with TRG's global admin team to meet local needs
* Manage financial and legal coordination with respective teams


Administrative Management

* Serve as a point of contact for operational matters
* Lead projects like client visits, conferences, and internal initiatives
* Plan and execute company events and employee meetups
* Support ongoing projects and global travel arrangements
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
* Assist with employee benefits and onboarding


Stakeholders & Public Institutes Management

* Main contact for operational queries
* Maintain relationships with Swiss service providers
* Manage communication and invoice processing


Regulatory Compliance

* Ensure Swiss entity compliance with regulations
* Serve as contact for Swiss regulators
* Prepare documentation and reports for authorities


Executive Assistance

* Provide support to the company President
* Manage scheduling, correspondence, and confidential matters


Requirements

* Experience in administrative coordination, stakeholder management, or compliance
* Knowledge of Swiss regulatory environment preferred
* Excellent English communication; German and/or French a plus
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and across teams
* Discretion, reliability, and professionalism
