Head of Health & Safety (m/f/d)

What you will move:
* Strategically establish and further develop a compelling “Zero-Accidents” culture throughout the organization.
* Lead and develop the capabilities of the H&S team and act as a trusted member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team.
* Advise and support line managers on occupational safety and health matters and drive cross-site alignment of safety programs and practices.
* Proactively conduct risk analyses and mitigate risks end-to-end along the value chain, ensuring sustainable and practical solutions.
* Maintain a strong on-site presence through safety inspections, coaching and dialogue to actively strengthen the safety culture
* Developing and implementing local plans in support of regional and global EHS initiatives
* Actively engage with international stakeholders within the Carlsberg Group and drive Health & Safety change initiatives.
Your Backpack:
* Technical degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification.
* Certification as Safety Specialist (EKAS) or Specialist ASGS.
* Extensive leadership experience and strong expertise in occupational safety and health within an international environment.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience in training, coaching and guiding employees and leaders at all levels, as well as managing stakeholders in a matrix organisation
* Proficient in German and English; French is an advantage.
