What you’ll be doing
* Lead all phases of study management: Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout
* Gather customer requirements and translate into internal deliverables
* Develop study documentation, track equipment, and manage data archiving
* Monitor timelines and financials (budget reviews, forecasting, scope changes, invoicing)
* Identify and mitigate study risks; elevate issues as needed
* Foster collaboration and effective communication across internal and external teams
* Present study services at meetings and support client interactions
* Assist with onboarding and training new team members
* Ensure compliance with required training and documentation
What we look for
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management
* 1–4 years of project management experience, ideally in pharma or clinical research
* Knowledge of the drug development process
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Detail‑oriented and responsive to client needs
* Valid passport and ability to travel up to 20%
* PM certification as applicable
