You have a background in logistics or business administration, and previous experience in the logistics-retail sector.
You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and analytical skills.
You have excellent computer skills and a passion for IT tools. Especially Excel has no secret for you.
You are resilient and known for your quick grasp of concepts, as well as your ability to think tactically and operationally.
You can express yourself confidently in French and English (at least C1 level).
Your communication skills are strong, and you can build trust across functions.
Your responsibilities
1. You are the point of contact in your unit for questions about product range administration and planned deliveries.
2. Engage in operational forecasting within the unit. Actively monitor and highlight deviations to maintain high-quality operational forecasts.
3. Maintain accurate inventory levels through proactive monitoring and necessary interventions.
4. Work with the sales team to ensure product availability, minimize impact on customers, and reduce costs.
5. Create follow-ups and secure accurate reporting of service KPIs.
6. Optimize operational efficiency, implement improvements, and innovate new workflows.
