The Senior HR Business Partner for Advanced Synthesis will serve as a coach, mentor, and HR expert for the Visp platform. Responsibilities include providing strategic HR partnership across all HR areas, focusing on the full employee lifecycle, organizational development, workforce planning, and driving transformation. This role supports leadership in establishing a balanced organization and may lead local HR projects in recruitment, performance management, talent management, or total rewards.
Key responsibilities: Provide HR leadership, consultation, and mentorship to senior managers of Advanced Synthesis.
Support organizational planning and change initiatives to enhance operational success.
Develop and implement strategic people plans aligned with site and global HR and business strategies, addressing talent management, employee engagement, and organizational planning.
Coordinate staffing plans with recruitment teams.
Assist in devising organizational change strategies to promote efficiency and high performance.
Drive engagement and development strategies to improve employee satisfaction and career growth opportunities.
Oversee administrative HR processes and coordinate with HR services.
Build strong relationships with internal clients for effective HR support.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to improve efficiency.
Support growth projects and lead initiatives collaboratively.
Key requirements: Degree or equivalent experience in HR or organizational development.
7-10 years of HR experience, including leading transformation projects in a matrix organization, preferably internationally.
Knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, safety, training, and labor relations.
Comprehensive understanding of HR strategy and operations.
Excellent communication skills in multicultural environments.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
High integrity and ethical standards.
Strong decision-making, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
