Product Buyer and Technical Product Developer Men Casual (d/f/m)
In this versatile and challenging role, you will be responsible for price calculations and technical product development within the Clothing Men Casual division. Your tasks include conducting cross-brand calculations for jackets, coats, and waistcoats, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards, and supporting brands with pricing and processing issues. You will collaborate closely with design, cutting, procurement, and external producers to develop products from prototypes to series production. Additionally, you will coordinate pricing with producers, manage prototype and collection meetings, and ensure timely delivery of prototypes and SMS. Your role involves regular visits to production and development centers, providing advice on processing technology, and collaborating on projects with logistics, controlling, brand management, and quality management teams.
Required experience and skills:
* A degree in apparel technology/management or an equivalent apprenticeship
* At least 2 years of professional experience in product costing and technical development within the apparel industry
* Excellent English skills
* Proficient IT skills, especially in MS Office, Excel, and ideally SAP S/4Hana (Centric)
* Strong communication skills, reliability, and analytical abilities
* An independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
* Team spirit and a passion for fashion and lifestyle
