3. Representing the view of Media relations internally towards senior management and within the Communications Team
4. Organises proactive media relations in Switzerland and neighbouring countries when appropriate
5. Acting as a project owner, manager, or participant in various projects within the company
6. Analyzing customer needs and respond to Air Traffic Management related requests from customers, partners and the public
7. Ensures key messaging for topics of public interest is documented and up to date, is the interface between other major aviation partner and customers (airlines, airports, Government and others) to coordinate Public Relations efforts
8. Trains internal spokespeople
9. As a senior member of the Communications Leadership team, contributes to strategic work of the department
10. Degree in communication, economics or business administration
11. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Media relations
12. Preferably profound knowledge of Air Traffic Management processes
13. Fluent in German, French and English, written and spoken
14. Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
