Your Responsibilities
* You represent the Business Unit Combustion Engines to our Defence customers across all phases of the sales and project life cycle – from initial contact to after-sales support
* You identify and understand customer needs, gather and structure relevant information, and coordinate internally to ensure expectations are addressed effectively
* You collaborate closely within the Defence Team to prepare quotations and ensure competitive offers
* You contribute to the development of customer-specific offer concepts, ensuring alignment with market and localization requirements during tender and bidding processes
* You bring together internal specialists to shape solutions that support customer and business success
* You act as a key interface between the customer and internal teams – ensuring smooth communication, mutual understanding, and project progression
* You serve as a liaison between the customer and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and smooth project progression
* You stay up to date with market trends and developments in the Defence sector to help guide sales strategy and identify new opportunities
Your Profile
* You have a solid background in Defence sales, business development, or key account management, specifically within the land Defence sector
* You have previous working experience with customers in the Defence industry, industrial propulsion, combustion engine, or similar
* You have a proven track record in successful customer acquisition, proposal preparation, and long‑term client support with an ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
* You are highly customer‑oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a structured, solution‑driven approach to your work
* Your solution and goal‑orientation paired with a hands‑on mentality will ensure your success
* You are willing and able to travel as required to meet customer and project needs
* You have excellent skills in English, any additional language is a plus
