We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across the organization.

* Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to gather, analyze and implement technical and business requirements.
* Lead software reviews and provide guidance on best practices, frameworks, and tools.
* Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
* Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems.
* Mentor and support development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability.
* Document implementation decisions, system components, and integration points.

Core/Must Have Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience in integrating products in complex environments and organizations, ideally in financial institutions, with at least 2 years in blockchain-related projects.
Experience with modern software development practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD), automated testing, and agile methodologies.
Solid developer experience (Java)
Strong knowledge on design patterns and hand-on experience in implementing cloud native solutions
Good knowledge of cloud platforms (ideally Azure)
Motivated to solve problems in unique and innovative ways
Ability to work both independently and in cooperation with others
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Good To Have Skills
Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services.
Experience with EVM-compatible blockchains
Experience with Taurus Platform
