We’re looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to support a major pharmaceutical manufacturing project in Basel. This 12‑month on‑site contract focuses on DeltaV DCS design, implementation, and commissioning in a GMP‑regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize Emerson DeltaV control systems.
Lead FAT/SAT, commissioning, and start‑up activities.
Manage software testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Integrate DeltaV with PLCs, MES, and data historians.
Ensure compliance with GAMP, ISA, and IEC standards.
Profile
Proven DeltaV experience in pharma or biotech environments.
Strong understanding of process automation and GMP.
Hands‑on in validation, integration, and control strategy optimization.
Fluent in German and English.
Available full‑time on‑site in Basel.
