and supporting a team of medical recruiters, consultants and senior
consultants based in
GenevaCollaborating with
Process Managers to design, implement, and improve effective
processesEnsuring the
fulfillment of key performance indicators and the seamless flow of
operationsMonitoring
performance metrics and ensuring that budget and efficiency goals
are achievedActing as the
main point of contact for key internal and external
stakeholdersMaintaining
clear communication and structured coordination within the team and
with large clients in the medical
fieldSecuring smooth
operations across multiple verticals and service
areas.Being ready to step
in operationally during extended service hours (06:00?22:00, Monday
to Sunday) when
necessaryUsing your
knowledge of healthcare environments to better navigate complexity
and address client
needsCollaborating with the
Process Manager to design, implement, and improve effective
processesEnsuring the
fulfillment of key performance indicators and the seamless flow of
operations Qualifikationenwhat we ask
for:A minimum of 3 to 5
years of experience in medical recruitment, with a proven track
record of talent development and leading high-performing
teamsStrong organizational
and analytical skills, with a hands-on, solution-oriented
mindsetExcellent
stakeholder management and communication
skillsNative-level French
(or C2 equivalent) and excellent proficiency in English, both
spoken and
writtenExperience working
with KPIs, performance tracking, and continuous process
improvementFlexibility and
reliability, including willingness to support outside regular hours
if neededA background in
healthcare (e.g. nursing or related field) is a strong
