Responsibilities:
Revenue and financial analysis
1. Monitor and analyze student revenue and enrolment trends across the CH and UK campuses
2. Maintain and update the revenue monitoring system linked to student numbers and program capacity
3. Lead the monthly closing for revenue: revenue reconciliation for both P/L and B/S (deferred revenue, prepaid accounts)
4. Analyze financial results and provide insights on variances versus budget and forecast and produce monthly financial reporting to the Director of Finance and top management
5. Participate in the budget and forecast processes for revenue
6. Conduct financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, projects, business cases, and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
7. Reporting for accreditation (Neche, 5 years reports, etc.)
Billing, collection monitoring & reporting
8. Monitor billing activities and receivables balances, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments
9. Produce regular reporting on billing, collections, and outstanding balances
10. Analyze payment trends and identify collection risks or delays
11. Support the management of student payment plans, including monitoring of payment schedules and follow-up on overdue instalments
12. Review and process billing adjustments, credit notes, and additional charges (accommodation, F&B, course retakes, etc.)
13. Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of student payments
14. Manage and monitor the student refund process in coordination with the accounting department
15. Review scholarship documentation and ensure proper recording for audit purposes
16. Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of financial interactions with students and sponsors
Stakeholder collaboration
17. Act as a key point of contact between Finance, Student Affairs, Registrar, Academic Departments, and the International Enrolment Team
18. Liaise with students, parents, and sponsors regarding financial questions and billing matters
19. Ensure clear and timely communication regarding student financial accounts and payment status
Finance systems & process improvement
20. Maintain financial workflows within Microsoft Dynamics and related financial systems
21. Ensure correct usage of the global chart of accounts and financial procedures
22. Contribute to the improvement of financial reporting tools and billing processes
23. Support onboarding and training of finance team members when required
Profile and experiences:
24. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent discipline required
25. 3–5 years of experience in finance, billing, collections, or accounting
26. Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or revenue management is a strong advantage
27. Experience in hospitality, education, or service-oriented industries is a plus
28. Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
29. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
30. Good knowledge of financial systems/ERP (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
31. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including handling demanding stakeholders
32. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
33. Fluent written and spoken English and French
