Senior Sales Director
Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead all sales, business development and key account management activities of the Americas Region acting as the voice of our customers.
2. Lead and continuously develop a team of 12 people.
3. Define and implement the mid- and long-term sales strategy for the regional business in close collaboration with CSO and Product Management.
4. Define and implement marketing plans for North America.
5. In charge of all financial and legal aspects of managing a subsidiary.
6. Aquire and manage government-funded projects.
Your Profile:
1. Passionate about sales and obsessed with getting better every day.
2. MSc degree in physics, engineering or related technical field; MBA is a plus.
3. 5+ years of experience in international sales in test & measurement, science market preferred.
4. 5+ years of experience of sales to academia and industry in the North American market – experience in marketing as a plus.
5. Inclusive sales leader with the ability to inspire and coach a diverse team of creative and highly skilled individuals.
6. Track record in leading leaders and managing a sales organization with a customer-focused approach.
7. Empathic, creative, persistent, well-structured and analytical mind with experience in strategy, CRM and business process development.
8. US citizenship or eligibility to work in the USA.
