The role will be located (onsite/hybrid) at an IMSC hub location including Titusville, New Jersey; Horsham, Pennsylvania; Zug, Switzerland; Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; or Beerse, Belgium. /p pThe Director, GSP is responsible for leading delivery of Strategic Supply Chain Programs and related outcomes through effective and efficient Program Leadership. The role drives business outcomes through disciplined execution, strong partner engagement, and effective governance. The GSP leads cross‑functional teams to deliver program commitments, manage financial performance, resources, and translate strategy into actionable plans. Success in the role requires influencing across all levels, building alignment, and developing high‑performing teams to achieve sustainable results. The role is jointly responsible to mature the Global Strategic Program Capability, maintaining business ownership and documentation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Value Creation /h3 ul liDesign and deploy execution and value tracking for assigned programs. /li liSeamlessly integrate programs into sustainable operations as required. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liProactively lead problem definition and solution development, including options and trade‑off analysis to drive effective decision‑making. /li liProvide transparent program communications driving timely decisions to enable achievement of program milestones and outcomes. Manage escalations as needed. /li liProvide effective feedback to IMSC leadership to drive accountability and remove barriers to outcomes. /li liBuild strong interdependent partnerships and manage communication effectively with IMSC and partners/stakeholders. /li /ul h3Shaping Delivery /h3 ul liGuide cross‑IMSC teams to clearly and effectively scope programs. Lead interdependency management across enabling projects to ensure timeline and outcome delivery. /li liDefine implementation plans and milestones to operationalize strategy. /li liLead continuous assessment of risks and dependencies to de‑risk plans and enable commitments. /li /ul h3Team Governance /h3 ul liDefine program structure needs across IMSC and JJ; secure sponsorship, resources, and funding to establish effective governance and ongoing oversight of programs. /li liDeliver spend and resource monitoring and management. /li liProvide ongoing training, coaching, and development to the program team. /li /ul h3Leadership /h3 ul liArticulate a clear vision and status to develop a roadmap to achieve success; execute through a global cross‑functional team. /li liProvide visibility, align IMSC and team on common goals and ways of working, drive actions, mitigate risks, and develop effective and trusted partnerships with leaders. /li liLead through ambiguity and complexity and manage ongoing issues effectively. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liRequired: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); preferably in engineering, business, or supply chain. /li /ul h3Required /h3 ul li10 years of experience in supply chain and/or program management with broad business insights and strong supply chain knowledge. /li liPrior people leadership experience and strong talent development skills, mobilization and management of global teams within a complex and ambiguous environment. /li liDemonstrated strategy shaping and program definition across critical end‑to‑end supply chain and business variables to optimize opportunities. /li liExperience operationalizing strategy across the business, articulating a case for change and leading the team and organization through change‑management required for sustained benefits. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liConsistent record of influencing at all levels of leadership. /li liStrong communication; demonstrated negotiation skills, influence, and decision‑making capability. /li liPrior program management experience. /li /ul h3Other /h3 ul liThis position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liAlliance Formation, Business Communications, Business Planning, Business Savvy, Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Data Reporting, Financial Forecasting, Mentorship, Operational Excellence, Performance Measurement, Problem Solving, Regulatory Environment, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Analysis, Strategic Change, Strategic Thinking, Tactical Planning, Technical Credibility. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liAlliance Formation, Business Communications, Business Planning, Business Savvy, Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Data Reporting, Financial Forecasting, Mentorship, Operational Excellence, Performance Measurement, Problem Solving, Regulatory Environment, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Analysis, Strategic Change, Strategic Thinking, Tactical Planning, Technical Credibility. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
