About the Role
Experis is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead analysis work on multiple projects within the Finance and Tax portfolio. You will play a key role in interpreting business needs, defining optimal processes, and ensuring successful delivery of IT capabilities. This position involves stakeholder engagement, business process modeling, and managing smaller-scale projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery meetings to gather and formalize business requirements
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams
* Define test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and support deployment plans
* Engage extensively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clarity
* Champion continuous improvement and act as a bridge between IT and business
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP FICO and related modules (OTC, PTP, RTR)
* Strong knowledge of Finance and Tax business processes
* SAP functional experience and formal training/certification
* Experience in financial transformation and regulatory/tax projects
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem solving skills
* Fluent in English (French is an advantage)
* Exposure to Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Preferred
* Experience with digitalization in taxation (e-invoicing, real-time reporting)
* CBAP certification and Lean Six Sigma skills are a plus
