The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping investment views and contributing to the overall performance of the platform. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liIdentify and assess investment opportunities across a broad range of hedge‑fund managers, with a focus on Global Macro (discretionary and systematic) and Market Neutral strategies /li liSource and evaluate investment managers through various channels including professional networks, industry events and data platforms /li liConduct comprehensive investment due diligence, including analysis of strategy robustness, performance drivers, risk exposures and scalability /li liAssess qualitative aspects such as investment process, governance, alignment of interests and sustainability of competitive edge /li liMonitor existing investments through ongoing dialogue with managers, performance analysis and risk assessment /li liContribute to portfolio construction and optimization, ensuring a balanced and diversified allocation across strategies and risk factors /li liPerform detailed portfolio analytics, including performance attribution, risk metrics and scenario analysis /li liHandle functions related to portfolio management, such as cash management, cash forecast, transactions, FX hedging and corporate actions. Ensure compliance of your portfolio with investment guidelines and restrictions /li liPrepare investment recommendations, reports and presentations for internal governance bodies /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of investment processes and tools /li liMentor and coach the analysts, elevate your investment process and help the team to reach excellence. Interact efficiently with transversal functions /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAdvanced academic background (e.g. Master’s degree, PhD, MBA or equivalent); professional certifications such as CFA are a plus /li li15+ years of experience in hedge‑fund investing, both in Origination, Research and Portfolio Management /li liStrong expertise and network across a wide range of hedge‑fund strategies (e.g. Relative Value, Macro, Event‑Driven or systematic approaches) /li liUnderstanding macro environment, liquidity cycles and alpha regimes /li liStrong analytical rigor and sense of judgment.
