As Chef de Service, you will take full responsibility for the front-of-house, ensuring every service is a seamless and unforgettable experience.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a motivated, international service team with passion, style, and clarity.
* Ensure seamless cooperation between service and kitchen, delivering excellence at every touchpoint.
* Create unforgettable guest experiences with genuine hospitality, charm, and strong organizational skills.
* Guarantee that quality, authenticity, and our high standards are consistently lived and felt.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee special events and busy service evenings – with confidence and composure.
* Act as a mentor and role model, guiding new colleagues through onboarding and developing future talent.
Expected from 01.12.2025 - Season (3-4 months),
* Several years of experience as Chef de Service or in a comparable leadership role within fine dining or luxury hospitality; knowledge of international or South American concepts is a plus.
* A true host at heart: with your personality, you inspire both guests and team alike.
* Strong organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to remain composed even in high-pressure situations.
* Excellent German and English skills; Spanish or additional languages are an advantage.
* Innovative and stylish: you are eager to create new culinary stories with us – authentic, inspiring, and heartfelt.
