Why your work matters – and what you achieve with it
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and strategically expanding the customer base in German-speaking Switzerland. The role involves identifying market potential, analyzing customer needs, and developing and presenting tailor-made solutions through to the successful conclusion of contracts. Other core tasks include achieving sales targets, managing sales projects, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Among other things, you will be responsible for the following:
* Acquiring and hunting for new customers
* Responsibility for actively establishing and expanding the customer base in German-speaking Switzerland
* Qualifying potential customers, arranging appointments by telephone, and conducting sales talks with customers through to the conclusion of contracts
* Annual sales target, including monitoring and corrective measures
* Sales project responsibility and management as well as administrative maintenance of projects
* Giving presentations to customers as well as representing and participating in events
* Independently creating, processing, and following up on offers
* Analyzing customer needs and continuously monitoring customer and market requirements
* Conducting competition and potential analyses

* Independent and autonomous working style
* Fluent German and business fluent English, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
