This position reports to: Local Division Manager __ Your Role and Responsibilities In this position, you will spend around 80% of your time on-site with our customers across the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland. There, you will acquire new business partners and sustainably expand existing relationships. With your technical know-how and sales experience, you understand our customers’ needs and present the added value of our electric motors and frequency converters (low voltage and medium voltage). As a key driver of our growth in the field of motion technology, you convince through competent consulting and a clear value proposition – from energy efficiency to the reduction of CO₂ emissions. Your goal is to deliver solutions that are not only technically strong but also contribute to a greener industry. The working model for this position is hybrid. LI-Hybrid. Your main responsibilities include Customer acquisition & support: You spend 80% of your time visiting customers on-site – identifying new business opportunities and developing existing customer relationships further. Technical consulting: You advise customers on electric motors and frequency converters (LV & MV) and present solutions that meet their requirements. Value communication: You convince customers of the benefits of our products – from energy efficiency to CO₂ emission reduction. Relationship management: You build trust, identify key stakeholders, and strategically position our solutions. Market & trend awareness: You monitor developments in the field of motion technology and contribute innovative ideas. Your Background Completed degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in sales as well as with electric motors and frequency converters (LV & MV). Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. High willingness to travel (80% field work).
