Your main tasks
* Your Mission: You are our first point of contact when it comes to external talent—and play a central role in connecting our growing company with the right people. Together, we will develop a modern People & Organization team that actively supports our business
* You will take sole responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from clarifying requirements to signing contracts
* You will design job advertisements, manage tenders, and conduct interviews with passion and professionalism
* You will support our managers as a competent partner throughout the entire end-to-end recruiting process
* You will advise and inspire on all topics related to recruiting, talent attraction, and employer branding
* You will ensure a positive candidate experience – transparent, appreciative, and human
* You will contribute your own ideas to further develop our recruiting processes, tools, and systems
* You will represent us at trade fairs and events and raise the profile of our employer brand
Your profile
* A degree or basic commercial training with further training in HR
* Several years of experience in in-house recruiting—ideally at all levels, from specialist to executive
* Experience in a dynamic, growing environment—you feel comfortable when things are moving
* Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
* A good sense of people, markets, and recruiting trends
* Enjoyment of design, high service orientation, and intercultural competence
* Very good German and confident English skills (interviews and team communication)
