To support the Billionaire Dinner Show team, we are looking for you as Chef de Pass for the 2025/2026 winter season.
Key Responsibilities Coordination between kitchen and restaurant staff for smooth and seamless service
Forwarding orders to chefs, paying particular attention to allergies and special requests
Supporting the restaurant service team
Back of house mise en place preparation
Carrying out opening/closing procedures and following cleaning checklists
Monitoring stock levels of cleaning chemicals, soap, lotion, candles, scented oils and towels, and placing orders as necessary
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven expertise in the effective management of high-volume passports
Extensive experience in adhering to strict quality control standards at passport control
Excellent communication skills
Cooperative and solution-oriented mindset
Creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
Structured and organised approach to work
Keen interest in team-oriented work
Very good knowledge of English and Italian; any additional languages are an advantage
