YOUR ROLE
As a Head of Operations Strategy & Excellence, you are working on the future of Vacheron Constantin’s Operations department.
Reporting to the COO, you support all Operations teams (Supply Chain & Procurement, Research & Development, Production, Quality, Customer Service) and interface with all other departments of the Maison to increase the performance of Operations.
You lead and mentor a team of Project Managers dedicated to driving transversal transformation or continuous improvement projects.
Your mission is to foster a culture of Operational Excellence while ensuring our project roadmap aligns with the Maison and Operations strategy and is on track.
PLAYING YOUR PART
Operations Strategic Planning
Work with Operations leadership to define and maintain the Operations strategy, yearly targets as well as the key projects to reach these targets Setup and facilitate the reporting framework for oversight of key projects and KPIs
Operations Leadership Support
Be a trusted partner to the Operations Leadership, able to discuss and challenge early-stage ideas with neutrality Provide support to organize key Operations event, from communications & townhalls to management seminars
Team Leadership & Projects Oversight
