Are you driven by numbers, insights, and impact? We’re seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team — bringing clarity to complex data and helping drive strategic decisions — remotely from anywhere in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze financial data, trends, and forecasts to support strategic planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Provide variance analysis and recommend cost-optimization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial insights and planning
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and external reporting standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance role
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
• Must be based in Switzerland and eligible to work remotely
