Job Description
The Support BCBA is a supplemental role that provides assistance in caseload management, working alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. This position is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by the organization.
Clinical Responsibilities
* Assist with providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) via Microsoft Teams
* Contribute to billable hours by providing Telehealth services to clients via Microsoft Teams
* Support Junior Program Managers and Apprentice Students with caseload management
* Complete daily documentation of supervision and billable hours
* Collaborate as needed with in-center clinicians regarding modifications to programs, protocols, training, etc.
* Stay current with empirically validated studies
* Attend and maintain outside training certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
* Follow mandated reporter standards
