You are the primary point of contact for all stakeholders within the approval and ensure that training activities are planned, documented and executed in full compliance with aviation authority regulations, national labor legislation and SR Technics standards. /p pYou lead the daily operational planning of the Training Department using our ERP system MINT, coordinating instructors, subject matter experts, product designers and training resources. In this role, you ensure efficient resource allocation, transparent information flow and accurate operational reporting. /p pYou also serve as the system administrator for MINT, overseeing configuration, automated workflows and interfaces with other IT systems including SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS and the SR Technics WebShop. /p pBeyond operational planning, you ensure reliable financial and operational reporting, maintain compliant training records, and support the continuous improvement of training processes and services. /p pAs an approved Part-147 Invigilator, you are responsible for the compliant and flawless conduct of examinations under our approval in accordance with aviation authority requirements and SR Technics MTOE standards. /p pIn addition, you contribute to the development of new training products and services, particularly in the field of engine maintenance training, acting as an interface between operational, technical and development teams. /p h3Your tasks /h3 pThis role is critical for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational planning and data governance across all Part-147 and PART-145 training activities.
