Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and positioning of our Home category, with a strong emphasis on accessories and curated collections inspired by fashion aesthetics. Based in Lugano, this role will drive brand growth, product storytelling, and market relevance across retail and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute the brand vision for the Home category, aligning with broader fashion and lifestyle trends.
* Product Development Collaboration: Partner with design and merchandising teams to curate seasonal home collections that reflect fashion sensibilities and consumer lifestyle.
* Campaign Development: Lead 360° marketing campaigns, including product launches, storytelling, and visual merchandising across all touchpoints.
* Trend & Market Analysis: Monitor global home and fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform product and brand decisions.
* Retail & E-Commerce Integration: Ensure cohesive brand expression across physical stores, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with creative, PR, digital, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
* Performance Tracking: Analyze brand KPIs, consumer engagement, and sales performance to optimize future strategies.
* Supplier & Partner Relations: Liaise with external partners, influencers, and collaborators to elevate brand visibility and desirability.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Design, or related field.
* 5+ years of brand management experience in fashion, home accessories, or lifestyle sectors.
* Proven success in launching and scaling home collections within fashion-driven environments.
* Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury or premium positioning.
* Fluent in English; Italian and/or French is a plus.
* Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
* Experience working in international, multi-brand environments is preferred.
