They each include several chambers (criminal, family, pecuniary, etc.).In the context of a retirement, the District Court of Eastern Vaud, which employs nearly 50 people, is looking for a Judicial Accountant.Responsibilities- Ensure the accounting and financial management of the court.- Guarantee the proper maintenance of the cash register and the postal checking account: entry of transactions and control of receipts.- Check and pay all court invoices.- Assume responsibility for the regular control of the contents of the safe.- Collaborate on the analysis and closing of accounts as well as the preparation of the budget.- Ensure the archiving and accounting closing of expensive files.- Establish expense reports for auxiliary staff (assessor judges, ad hoc clerks, etc.) and transmit data to the payroll service.You will find more information in the job description by clicking here.Do you have questions?
