HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
You have overall responsibility for handling complex customer projects in the area of railway automation (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems)
You ensure the timely, budget and contract compliant project handling
You are responsible for customer support and in communication with partners, suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders
You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all areas along the value chain
You represent the customer project internally for the management and motivate your project members sustainably
You develop innovative solutions together with the team to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
You have the passion to realise highly innovative and fascinating railway automation projects
You have completed higher technical education (university, FH or HF), ideally with further education in business administration
You have several years of experience in managing customer projects, ideally in the area of signalling technology, or other relevant project experience in the railway industry
You are familiar with the current developments in the field of automation technology in the railway industry
You communicate not only in German on a full professional proficiency level a but also in English (level C1 in written and spoken language)
