What you will do Develop and implement product concepts for our gastronomy offerings
Manage the entire product development process from idea to market launch
Conduct market analyses and identify trends and customer needs
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, purchasing, and production to ensure successful product management
Monitor product performance and initiate optimization measures
Plan and control budgets for your product area
Support the development of marketing activities and campaigns
What you bring Higher education or similar qualification in gastronomy, marketing, or business administration
At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in the gastronomy sector
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
A keen interest and passion for food and gastronomy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Fluent in German (negotiation level)
French skills are a plus
