What's the role?
We're looking for a results-driven sales professional to accelerate revenue growth across diverse regional markets. The role focuses on building strategic client relationships, expanding the sales pipeline, and securing new business, with a strong emphasis on multi-country sales experience, regional procurement expertise, and complex, project-based solution selling.
Regional Sales & Business Development
* Develop and execute sales strategies across Europe and Africa to meet revenue and growth targets
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in both mature and emerging markets
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, bid strategy, proposal development, negotiations, and contract close
* Build and maintain a strong, regionally balanced sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Client & Partner Relationship Management
1. Establish and grow long‑term relationships with key clients, government entities, and strategic partners across the region
2. Act as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic and high‑value accounts
3. Work effectively with local agents, resellers, or partners where applicable
4. Ensure client satisfaction and sustainable
