Job Opportunity:

This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. As a sales professional, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers. You will work with customers in various ways such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
The responsibilities of this role include:
* Talking with current clients to assess needs and opportunities
* Prospecting for new business, networking, and managing customer relationships
* Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads using proven sales strategies/techniques
* Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
* Execute a variety of marketing functions, including database mailings, thank you cards, press releases, etc.
* Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Able to perform cold calls to secure new business for the center
* Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
* Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
