We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Assets Custody & Staking team in our Zurich office.

About the role
* Take ownership of key components and initiatives of our Digital Assets Custody & Staking products and platform and work closely with other Product Managers within the team
* Shape product vision and strategy and translate high-level features into processes, user stories and workflows
* Implement new features by working closely with our engineering teams and launching them to Sygnum’s global client base
* Align with other teams across the bank and external stakeholders (including clients) to ensure product roadmap and priorities meets the goals of all relevant stakeholders
* Drive analysis initiatives to expand Sygnum’s offering working with internal and external stakeholders
* Are you convinced of the disruptive potential of decentralized finance to shape the future of financial services?
* Do you have a keen interest in the inner workings of Blockchain, Digital Assets, Staking, DeFi and related technologies?
* Are you experienced in and passionate about delivering complex change initiatives involving agile software development with a hands-on attitude?
* Are you a strategic and analytical thinker that can drive results in an uncertain and dynamic environment?

Your profile
* Several years of relevant working experience, ideally in top-tier consulting firm or as a (technical) product/program manager in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
* Strong passion, interest and knowledge of digital assets custody, staking, DeFi and Blockchain
* Ability and willingness to deep dive into technical details without losing sight of the big picture
* Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
* Great team player and ability to effectively communicate at all levels in English
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field from a recognized university with track record of outstanding academic performance
* A technical background, hands-on coding experience, and a good understanding of cryptography are a definite plus
