Role Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
* Analyse requirements as part of an agile development team and design/implement IT solutions in the
SAP EAM
domain together with the specialist unit.
* Create required artefacts in
SAP Focused Build
(collaboration diagrams, functional design, configuration design specifications).
* Perform
system configuration
in SAP EAM/PM in collaboration with an offshore partner.
DevOps & Continuous Delivery
* Continuously enhance and develop solutions within a
DevOps organisation
, working closely with offshore teams and system/software architects.
* Conduct testing of planned solutions and perform reviews together with end-user recipients.
Application Support
* Handle
2nd and 3rd level support
activities within SAP EAM/PM.
Mandatory Criteria
Technical Skills
* Very good knowledge of
SAP PM/EAM
, including
customising and debugging
.
* Experience in
business analysis, development, and operations
of SAP EAM/PM.
Methodology & Collaboration
* Close cooperation within
agile principles
and a full-scale
SAFe BizDevOps
setup.
* Strong teamwork, communication skills, and full professional proficiency in
German and English
.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
* Fast learner with initiative and a structured way of working.
Target Criteria (Preferred)
* Solution-oriented, assertive personality with strong communication skills and independence.
* Experience in the interaction between
SAP S/4 Activate
and agile implementation teams.
* Experienced using agile collaboration tools:
Jira, Miro, Teams, Confluence

* Very good knowledge of SAP tools (e.g.,
SolMan
).
* Active, open, empathetic manner and familiarity with
Kaizen
.
