Your key responsibilities Participate in ongoing engagements within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) area, including the design, analysis, transformation, and optimization of business processes - technical and functional - that contribute to the success of our clients. Provide support through procurement and accounting expertise in terms of processes, technology, and best practices. Assist in the development and execution of our P2P offering through collaboration with other team members, EY practices, and external technology providers. Support market research screening regarding the latest P2P technologies and industry standards. Engage in knowledge-sharing and learning opportunities within the team to enhance internal capabilities. Skills and attributes for success A university degree in economics, finance, or a related field with excellent results Relevant experience and/or internships in consulting Strong technological drive, experience in digital transformation initiatives Understanding of AI and how to apply it to business processes Experience in Procure-to-Pay, with a focus on the downstream process (Accounts Payable preferred) Familiarity with SAP FI & MM, procurement and invoicing platforms is advantageous Analytical thinking, customer, and service orientation as well as an entrepreneurial mindset Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus What we offer youAt EY, we'll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
