Job Description We are seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to join our Group Strategy team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Group Strategy and collaborate closely with our Executive Committee. You will play a key part in owning, running, and continuously improving the company’s operating system to ensure effective execution of corporate and functional strategies. The role focuses on clarity, alignment, cadence, and follow through, translating strategic intent into disciplined execution through robust management processes and business rhythms. Your Responsibilities Own, maintain, and evolve the company’s operating system, ensuring it serves as a practical framework for how the company is managed and run. Standardise and operate core management processes, tools, and routines across the organisation. Assess and improve the adoption and impact of the operating system to boost focus, speed and accountability. Own and run key aspects of the Executive Committee’s operating cadence, including meeting preparation, agendas, and readiness. Prepare concise, action-oriented briefing materials for senior leadership discussions and decisions. Prepare and lead workshops attended by the EC and the broader leadership team Support strategy implementation by ensuring goals and priorities are clearly expressed and translated into executable actions. Monitor execution of major initiatives, highlight misalignments, dependencies or delays, and coordinate corrective actions with senior leaders.
