Maintenance Engineer – Wet Chemistry & Lithography (m/f/d)
As an experienced member of the maintenance team, you are responsible for all aspects of maintenance in front-end production in wet chemistry and lithography, including routine scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.
Your Tasks
* Preventive maintenance, repair, and optimization of equipment in semiconductor production, focusing on wet chemistry and lithography equipment.
* Conduct fault analysis, maintenance work, and technical upgrades to ensure smooth operation and maximum uptime of production equipment.
* Implement and utilize MES systems for planning, scheduling, and recording maintenance activities.
* Implement a new chemical delivery system (CDS) into production.
* Collaborate closely with Facilities, Process, and Operations departments to support error-free and high-volume production of micro-optics and foundry services.
* Ensure detailed documentation of machine condition, maintenance activities, and work performed.
* Work with production teams and external contractors in planning, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
Your Profile
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or similar, with several years of experience in maintenance and servicing machines/systems.
* Solid knowledge in electrical engineering, electronics, PLC, pneumatics, and robotics.
* Knowledge of computer-aided maintenance management systems, e.g., MES and MS Office, is desirable.
* Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations, with excellent problem-solving skills to optimize processes and improve machine uptime.
* Good command of English or German, along with strong communication and cooperation skills.
