What impact do you have?
In close collaboration with all stakeholders, you develop warehouse process strategies using end-to-end approaches and actively contribute to their implementation.
You implement measures in a targeted manner, ensuring that existing warehouse processes are improved, new processes are optimally implemented, and properly documented for future reference.
You analyze and understand the needs of the stakeholders and identify where improvements are necessary based on the available data.
You are responsible not only for the processes in day-to-day operations but also fully engage in strategic and cross-departmental projects, such as the new fulfillment center in Regensdorf.
Collaboration with all interest groups is particularly important to you. You work closely with customer service, fulfillment centers, as well as our product and IT organizations.
What do you offer?
1. Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
2. Higher education degree (FH / Uni) in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics (or a comparable field of study).
3. At least 5 years of professional experience
4. Profound expertise in SCM, logistics, and in manual, semi-automated, and automated warehouse processes with a strong understanding of technology.
5. German (excellent knowledge)
6. French (excellent knowledge)
7. English (excellent knowledge)
8. Very good oral and written skills in German or French. English skills (at least C1 level) are mandatory.
9. Experience in process development, including successful implementation in operational areas (Change Management).
10. Experience in agile project management with an affinity for supply chain and automation projects and a strong hands-on mentality.
11. You find it easy to understand and unite different perspectives, grasp complex interrelationships, and explain them clearly.
12. Understanding of eCommerce, particularly the eGrocery market in Switzerland, is advantageous.
13. Willingness to regularly visit Migros Online locations (approximately 40% travel).
