The Trade Marketing Intern is a support role to the team in the development, implementation and monitoring of all trade marketing plans across the Wholesale business.
Core Job Responsibilities
* Support the team with setting up company portals for sales campaigns
* Assist spot requests of business parties (graphics, logos, customized artworks)
* Support the definition of guidelines for the seasonal marketing strategy, coherent with the brand identity
* Develop the sales of POP materials by finding the most efficient solutions
* Collaborate with the Sales team and agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
* Work with Product and Marketing teams to create marketing collaterals, releasing communication and campaigns to promote the collection
* Create ideas for the development of new tools and product presentations based on global requirements
* Interact with agents, distributors, customers and Sales team to exchange information about customers and market situation
* Coordinate with the Product team to establish the time schedule of trade marketing tools on a seasonal basis
* Collect orders from clients and process them to vendors
* Provide reports to monitor trade marketing tools sales
* Monitor the stock level (gadgets and marketing kit, logos)
* Keep WDP/Trade marketing section updated with newness
* Work on the monthly newsletter for WHL
Qualifications
* Education: University Degree in Marketing or related field
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory. Any other European language is considered as a plus
* PC Skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word are a must
* Good knowledge of marketing principles and practices
* Fast learner, analytical mind-set, adapt to changes and work under pressure
* Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and strong organizational skills, good level of proactivity and effective problem solver
* Team player, ability to work independently and customer oriented
* Open-minded and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all levels
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, utilize resources effectively and drive for results in a fast paced, growth environment
