Responsibilities Setup and operation of stamping and bending machines from Bihler
Adjusting and setting up follow-up stamping machines and presses from Beutler
Starting up and monitoring production processes
Conducting quality checks to ensure standards
Supporting process and quality optimization
Maintenance, cleaning, and care of the equipment
Candidate profile Completed technical training, ideally as a production or polymechanic technician
Experience with setting up follow-up stamping machines
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (early/late shifts) if needed
Precise and careful working style
Friendly demeanor and strong team skills
Fluent German skills in speech and writing
Self-responsibility and high motivation
