Business Analyst in Finance (M/F) 80-100%

Responsibilities
Conduct strategic analysis and data mapping for project objectives.
Monitor performance and finances, optimizing with the Finance Department.
Oversee business models and prepare strategic decision documents.
Perform market studies, financial analyses and dynamic projections.
Develop and monitor performance indicators, analyse variances between forecasts and actuals and propose structural optimizations with Finance.
Ensure business model effectiveness and prepare strategic documents for management decision-making.
Support commercial activities and market acquisition by conducting opportunity studies, customer analyses and creating action plans using GIS tools.
Qualifications
Higher education in economics or finance (University, ETH/FH) or equivalent training.
At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, business planning, financial reporting or related areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of PowerBI and Geographic Information Systems is a plus.
Experience in project management and sales is a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; autonomous, available and rigorous.
