Accommodation: Live out. A brand new, high specification apartment in Le Châble is provided, shared with one other local nanny. The apartment is spacious, modern, and approximately 12 minutes by car or gondola from the family home, offering a high level of privacy

Role Overview
A highly reliable, professional, and flexible Nanny is required to support a discreet, HNW Swedish family based in Verbier, Switzerland. The family has four children aged 4, 5, 8, and 13, who attend an international school following the IB curriculum.
This is a live out role with separate accommodation provided. The household is not fully staffed. A cleaner attends 4 times per week, and the family are seeking someone who is genuinely happy to support the smooth running of the household and understands the importance of being adaptable, hands on, and solutions focused.
The family are warm, respectful, and private, and are looking for someone who is extremely dependable, emotionally intelligent, and highly professional at all times. This role requires a candidate who can be fully relied upon, who understands the importance of consistency, and who is comfortable supporting a busy household with multiple children of different ages.
Working hours generally begin in the morning to get children ready for school with downtime during the day and then afternoon and evening. A high degree of flexibility is essential, and the family are looking for someone who is comfortable adapting to the needs of the household and the children as they arise.
This is not a role for someone with rigid boundaries around tasks. The family are seeking a true team player with no ego, who is happy to help wherever needed, whether that is cooking dinner, setting the table, supporting children’s routines, managing laundry when required, or assisting with general household organisation.

Languages
Excellent English is required.
