Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
1. Support a team of Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional client service and experience, providing administrative and organizational support in all client-related processes.
2. Be a point-of-entry contact for beneficial owners and their trusted advisors regarding account queries, orders, payments, stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits.
3. Assist with and coordinate account opening, onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring of client activities, and support with documentation for client meetings and business trips.
4. Research, follow-up, and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients and internal partners in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
6. Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement.
7. Build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
8. Develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts.
9. Attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business.
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.
You'll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) for UHNW APAC Switzerland team in Zurich. As a client account manager, you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services.
We are a diverse team of senior investment professionals delivering an excellent client experience. You'll play an important role in positioning the team as the partner of choice delivering high-quality solutions and services.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
1. Has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date.
2. Has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in Mandarin required.
3. Possesses sound judgment and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results.
4. Has a structured work style and is confident working autonomously.
5. Is a team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities.
6. Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
7. Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
8. Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. The program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training, and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management.
