Your Mission
You’ll be part of the sales team based in our Nyon office. Your role is to lead sales strategy per customer account for the Slip Rings Business Unit, grow the existing client portfolio, and expand with new international clients. You will be the single client point of contact representing Beyond Gravity, selling advanced cutting-edge products and creating value for our Industry & Space customers. This team includes engineers and technicians from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, united by Beyond Gravity’s values: Curious, Passionate, and Together.
* Manage large and complex bid submissions
* Be the single Sales point of contact for the client representing Beyond Gravity Slip Rings
* Set sales targets and achieve them
* Design and implement a sales strategy per customer account
* Build and sustain long-term customer relationships and understand their technical needs
* Identify emerging markets and trends and stay aware of new products and competition
* Collaborate with engineering, product development, and project management to prepare tailored offers
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability
* Present offers and contracts to Beyond Gravity’s leadership for approval
* Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry developments
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional customers
* Represent Beyond Gravity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
* Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly
Your Story
* Sales Manager or Key Account Manager background in the Space or relevant high-tech industry with large contracts
* Business-minded attitude with strong financial skills
* Proven track record in a B2B, customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Outgoing and self-confident with the ability to approach customers and listen to their needs
* Structured team-player who can lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams under time pressure
* High adaptability in an international environment with the ability to work with diverse worldwide customers
